Anxiety affects many people – some say the majority.  And yet not many are aware that it is possible to deal with anxiety rather quickly.

Although everyone is different, anxiety does have patterns which tend to repeat in many different people showing the same signs of anxiety – a fear of being out of control, a knowing that the future is somehow troubled, sweating, inner turmoil.

Often, the memories we access most often are ones which are frightening or negative in some way. Our subconscious will access them often even though we are unaware that it is doing that. Many clients have reported very significantly reduced symptoms – even complete removal of symptoms, with no medication whatsoever.

Having successfully worked with sufferers of anxiety, (sometimes on the phone in mid-attack), many seem to have a common thread.
