Phobias

Phobias

A phobia is an excessive response to an external stimulus. It will normally come about following a time in childhood when the child experienced a challenging time. These feelings are multiplied and re-occur every time that external stimulus occurs.

In a short space of time, this source memory can be found and re-evaluated so that the person no longer feels any feeling of upset or panic. In fact, it is very possible to feel calm once again quickly.
